Roof replacement in Mt Lawley
We were presented with a 1940's house with roof structural problems. The tiles showed severe signs of degradation known as fretting (see photo below) and consequent roof leaks.
We removed the old tiles and rectified the structural problems to level out the sagging. We then installed new tiles, valleys and flashings. The overall outcome was a fantastic new looking roof with no leaks and many years of good service ahead. Clients were very happy which is what we always strive for at the end of the day!
