| A FEW WORDS FROM OUR LATEST VALUED CLIENTS NIGEL & PAT MARCH 2016 | "Good afternoon to you all, we hope to find you well. No……. I haven’t taken up the job of a salesman but it is so easy to get a bad reputation that when you receive not just good service but better, then I do believe the information should be shared – which is what I am doing here. Pat & I bought our current home despite it having dark grey roof tiles & - to our cost - found it really pulled in the heat, causing the air con to be less than efficient & the cold water to run anywhere between luke-warm to very hot. As a result, we decided to have the roof tiles repainted. We received a very good quote from Anthony Tolomei from Kalamunda Roof Restorers who had done some work for us at our previous home – to our complete satisfaction. Anthony spent a good deal of time going over our current roof then explained in detail just what needed/could be done – recommending repointing & resealing [repairs], installation of whirlybirds for ventilation, with high pressure cleaning followed by repainting to whatever level of finish we wanted. There was no undue sales pitch or pressure & we appreciated the time given to consider our options. We chose the full package including a heat reflective paint with a 12 year warranty. | I have to say that at no stage have we been disappointed; we have received ‘Service’ with a capital ‘S’! The repointing & resealing of ridge-caps etc. was done without delay, the installation of the 2 whirlybird ventilators took place last week & the high pressure cleaning [probably the noisiest part of the operation] was done yesterday & painting today. At all times the employees have worked with courtesy & diligence, no worries or problems for us & operating in a safe manner throughout. After [& sometimes even during] each stage Anthony has checked in with us to ensure we are happy with the ongoing progress & that the site has been left clean after each operation. We are very happy for any of our friends or acquaintances to contact us if they are considering anything along these lines &/or wish to talk about it or even view the end result. A completely dependable service at all stages has been provided to us.
