We have just completed roof repairs to Stirk Medical Centre in Kalamunda.
The roofing barge boards were in poor condition and affected by timber rot at the rear of the building. One of the scribe fillets had also fallen off and posed a potential fall hazard to the surgery’s clients. Due to the height and pitch of the roof, scaffolding was required for the project to enable access to the barge boards.
We also repointed the ridge caps, replaced gutters and downpipes and completed other minor repairs to the roof.
