Another successful roof replacement at Mazenod College in Lesmurdie. | We were contacted by the head of maintenance to inspect the schools library roof as the old roof looked dated and had several leak issues. After inspecting roof, the decision was made to replace the old roof tiles with a fresh, modern Colorbond roof in Surfmist colour. |
We worked within a tight schedule and in close collaboration with an air-conditioning company during the school holidays to ensure the roof was completed prior to school recommencing. Safety was a top priority through the duration of the project and staff were kept up to date on progress throughout.
Mazenod College is very happy with the end result. It was an incredible transformation and one that looks great and will serve them well for many years to come. It was a pleasure working with such a great school and maintenance team and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
